Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale at South Social Film Festival

Not your usual Christmas movie! Start the holiday season with this online screening of Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale by Jalmari Helander. This horror movie takes you to the Finnish Lapland, where a millionaire starts an archaeological expedition to uncover the tomb of Santa Claus, with serious consequences. They unleash ancient evil elves who bring chaos and destruction as they go. Can something be done to save Christmas? The event is organised by South Social Film Festival in collaboration with the Finnish Institute.
The event will be online only.
Tuesday 1.12. at 6pm on BFI player (available in the UK only). Free event with donation to support South Social Film Festival’s work.
